This module, developed for WiseCP users, automatically applies late fees to overdue and unpaid invoices. It is fully flexible, controllable, and seamlessly integrated with the system.

Automatic Late Fee Application

Late fees are automatically added as a separate line item for overdue invoices.

Flexible Calculation Options

• Percentage (%) based

• Fixed amount

• Daily fixed (with optional recurring logic)

Late Fee Start Delay

You can define how many days after the due date the late fee will be applied.
(0 = starts from the day after the due date)

Recurrence Mode

• One-time application

• Daily recurrence (updates the same line item, prevents invoice clutter)

Smart Calculation

Late fees are calculated only on the base amount.
They do not compound on previously applied late fees.

Automatic Triggers

• Daily cron (DailyCronJob)

• When the invoice detail page is viewed

• During invoice editing

• Also works with shared invoice links / tokens

Status Control

• Excludes paid, canceled, or refunded invoices

• Targets only eligible unpaid or pending invoices

Admin Control

• If the late fee item is removed, automatic application stops

• Can be re-enabled via “Reapply Late Fee” option

Client & Admin Display

Late fee summaries and breakdowns are displayed on both client and admin invoice pages.

Multi-Language Support

Includes ready-to-use Turkish and English language files.

Logging System

All operations are recorded in the late_fee.log file for monitoring and troubleshooting.
