Honestly, when I first downloaded this it had some complications. However, I was able to reach out to the developer and within a few hours he was able to respond and help resolve the issues I faced. During the time I have had this, there was a large issue that happened due to something that WISP changed on their end but sure enough, I mentioned it to the developer and he had it resolved and updated on his github within 12 hours.

The addendum is a flawed, half-finished work. I helped them to fix the error and make it work. I've been renting their service for over a year, their customer service is slow (several hours, sometimes days) to respond. Their DC server is unhelpful, in fact they respond in a rather subpar style from the members there. The service itself is outdated, even compared to the original Pretodactyl system, it lacks a lot of features built in since then (user selectable disk image etc.) Development suggestions (e.g.: automatic port allocation by individual rule per game) are simply ignored. In my case, after a year, the installer of some games that had been working simply stopped working, I received no substantial help, so I cancelled my subscription. WISP in return banned me from their DC server saying they did it for a reason. I do not recommend using their service or this add-on at all.

I don't mean to be rude.
But have you noticed that you write a bad review for a product in the review section of another product?
This review criticizes the module. But you only write negative things about Wisp itself.
To be honest. This is not fair to the creator of this plugin.

I did not write a bad or good review, but my experience. Whether it is good or bad is for each person to decide for himself.

The module was developed by a member of WISP, who is very close to them. That it was flawed and incompleted when I used is a fact. When I reported this on the WISP DC server, the contributors there did not dispute it. They didn't help me to fix it, of course, but I fixed it myself, which I would have shared with them, only nobody at WISP was strangely interested.

I think since the two products are (as you put it) essentially related, one qualifies the other. Presumably, you would use this module to provide your services for the game server services provided through WISP's system. But if the module itself is problematic, and what you would connect it to (WISP's system) is neither stable nor reliable, I think the two qualify eachother. Especially since one product is the fruit of the other product's community.

But as I wrote: this is not a good or bad opinion on my part, but more than a year of experience.
